Congratulations to the Baby Blacks, for their Junior World Championship victory!
The Baby Black selection squad attended OPC in 2010 and Paul Mackinnon at New Zealand Rugby Union recently commented that:
'It was the character of the boys that got them home in a tough final against England…and that all started with you guys at OPC last November'

I attended the winter holiday action challenge camp in October had a really great time doing new challenges and meeting new people. I had done a lot of outdoor activities before but this course was really challenging and I enjoyed learning to ski, as I had never done this before.
It was 5 full on days that were really enjoyable and I would recommend to anyone considering going on this course, as it is a great opportunity.
I would like to say thanks to all the staff, the cook and especially Mark my instructor - he made the 5 days so much fun.

Georgina here. Just wanted to thank you both for the fab time we all had way back in May. Sorry it has taken until now.
The kids learnt loads from the trip and the experience was amazing. I had an awesome time. It was great to do something like that which challenged the staff too. Never thought I would be leading a blind girl across tussock after sunset!

Just wanted to follow my brethren here and thank you guys for the amazing memories. You guys are all amazing and made the week what it was. From the the coolest instructors in the world (Shan, Mel, you guys are the shizzle...actually ;D ) to the nicest meals accompanied with never-ending Milo! (Thank you for all of it Jyoti!). Tongariro was amazing and if I was ever offered another chance to return, I would do so in half a heartbeat.

Once again thank you for organising the programme for me last week on the Barrier, it was very special catching up with Peachy and Scott. Real cool fun!
Can you pass on to Simon, Peachy, Dan, Tom, Brain and Scotty my special thanks for the awesome week my students enjoyed on Great Barrier. All of the students were Challenged at their own level and made great progress in many ways. The programmes run at OPC are very special and allow the holistic development of students. I realise the leaders do not get to watch the long term progress these programmes impart but I do and I know the value of them...
... Have a great Christmas break, I am looking forward to working with you again in 2011.

Thank you for replying to my emails about my diabetic son coming to OPC. He has returned home buzzing from an incredible week of experiences. I appreciate the systems you put into place for his health requirements. Thanks too, to Dave, his instructor, for providing such an incredible experience.

Just a quick note to say thank you to you and the staff at the OPC Barrier headquarters for organising such a successful week during the 13-19 December intake that Liddy attended. Despite them all having a rainy week it played no dampener on their experiences, spirit and memories. Liddy absolutely loved every moment and so enjoyed meeting the people in her group. They have very much kept in touch and have arranged reunions and get-togethers already.
When we picked them up from the long Ferry return the emotion was priceless watching them all say goodbye.

Just a quick email to say thank you for your help for my students' recent adventure week at OPC Tongariro. All students had a great time. We were well looked after as always from your instructors and chefs.
Thanks for going the extra mile in accomodating our students. The students really really benefited from the week, and was an awesome feeling for me to see them step up and experience the OPC opportunities .
